If yes, it may be noted that it is a statutory requirement under
Atomic Energy (Radiation Protection) Rules, 2004 to obtain Licence
from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) to operate.
Obtaining Licence from AERB is now easy through AERB’s
online system eLORA (e-Licensing of Radiation
Applications):

 Register your Institute
 Declare your X-ray Equipment(s)
 Record Licence issued by AERB (if already licensed),
else
 Apply for new Licence
