Food and Water Safety Executive Summit

The aim of this summit is to bring together senior experts in environmental and food safety
testing to discuss analytical challenges arising due to the unprecedented oil spill catastrophe in
the Gulf of Mexico. This one day meeting is designed to facilitate an open exchange of ideas
among attendees with a particular focus on the implementation of effective contaminant
detection and laboratory workflow methodologies.
