Dental Practice Turn-Around’s – Increased revenue at Express Denture Care via strategic
marketing and treatment planning initiatives which in turn required my skills to uniquely
design, manage construction, equip and hire/train General DDS, Endodontist, Periodontist,


Practice Growth – Maximized a single solo practice’s revenue turning it into 6

The company manages and consults branded and affiliated dental PC’s through contractual
affiliations with general dental practices, denturist practices and dental laboratories providing
management, administrative and consultative services. Special emphasis was focused on “De Novo”
fabrication of a branded “Wellness” center that infused comprehensive dentistry with full service
medical esthetics procedures such as dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, thermage, esthetician
services and minimally invasive plastic surgical procedures. Current activities have been focused
on the development of Express Denture & Dental Care in Lynnwood, Washington. Office
Planning, Design, Construction, Equipment, Staffing and Long-Term Management is the
core of SMI’s Responsibilities.








Began building the core foundation in early 07’ in Houston, Texas leading up to the
inception of a dental/medical esthetics practice management company.
Created a new dental paradigm called Peerless Dental. 4 ½ yrs perfecting and working to
raise $20M in Venture Capital.
