Quartet with a Twist

Consisting of two violin players, a viola and a double bass, we’re slightly different to a
classic quartet but we can fill a room with a vibrant array of musical colours!
We all met at the beginning of our double music degree in 2011 at the University of Western
Australia.
We have years of experience playing in an array of ensembles including the West Australian
Youth Orchestra (WAYO) and the UWA Symphony Orchestra.
With experience and education from the best musical minds in WA, we are a group that can
cater for any event, wedding, business or pleasure.

Smooth, sultry, jazz perfect for creating a sophisticated ambience or putting on the show!
All professional musicians performing in arrangements of a jazz duo perfect for intimate
events, and all combinations up to the full six piece band for a fantastic energetic and vibrant
performance.
Performs regularly around Perth at both restaurant/bars, hotels and at private functions such
as birthdays, weddings and corporate events.
Covers a broad spectrum of Jazz music from jazz standards, contemporary jazz, blues, ballad,
swing, Latin and up-tempo, as well some of my own interpretations of more contemporary
music with a jazz twist, including a wide selection of Portuguese, Spanish and French
numbers.
