Refund and Cancellation Policy
Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the workshop for which you have booked and paid, you
must contact OzSoft by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the workshop. A cancellation fee of $100.00
will apply to cover costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the
commencement of the workshop, no refund will be payable.

Evaluation of Application
Notwithstanding anything else in this application form, OzSoft Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its absolute
discretion at any time, to:
a) cease to proceed with, or suspend the Accredited VETtrak Consultant Application process;
b) alter the structure and/or the timing of the Accredited VETtrak Consultant Application;
c) vary any time or date/s specified in this Accredited VETtrak Consultant Application;
d) terminate the participation of any person in this Accredited VETtrak Consultant Application; and
e) require additional information or clarification from any person or provide additional information or clarification
where OzSoft Solutions considers that the application contains an unintentional error.

equivalent

Has a high level of skill in using VETtrak preferably with experience as an RTO manager, enrolment manager in
an RTO, compliance officer, coordinator or similar position in a training organisation or RTO where the applicant
used VETtrak

Has a high level of knowledge of RTO registration requirements
7
Has a high level of knowledge of the national data standard AVETMISS
8
Has a high level of knowledge of at least one state or territory government education and training funding
program including government reporting requirements
9
Provided at least three referees to evidence for work as a consultant and knowledge of criteria 5, 6, 7 and 8.
