CWOC/MCCW – All Catholic Women of the Chapel are encouraged to come and join us in
Soldiers Chapel at 9:30am with Mass to follow at Noon. If you are unable to make it to the
morning program you have an opportunity to join us for an evening program at 6:00pm.
Childwatch is provided during both programs. The selected study is St. John Paul II’s “Letter to

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Religious Education Classes - If there are questions concerning the Religious Education
program, or if you have an interest in volunteering please contact Shannon Kittok @

LIBERTY CHAPEL located on Bastogne and Forrest Road. Parents of children preparing
for1st Holy Communion are required to submit a Baptismal Document.

RCIA- (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) – We are off to a great year and ask for members
of the community to keep the Candidates and Team members in your prayers for this journey of
Faith. Individuals interested in becoming Catholic (or require the Sacrament of Confirmation)

welcome to join us in Soldiers Chapel at 6:00pm.
THE BLESSING of THE ANIMALS - today at 12:00 Noon. Yes, an opportunity for
you to thank God for all of his magnificent Creatures. A time to bless the snakes,
reptiles, mammoth moths, chicks, bettas and bears…let's not forget our cats and dogs 

In Gratitude and Appreciation on the success of the annual Parish Picnic last week with sooooo many
volunteers to include the Knights of Columbus in making this a fun and glorious day beginning with Mass.

Broaden your horizons with the KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS while supporting the Church and
growing in faith. Join others who share your beliefs and interests Are you a practicing

PRE-BAPTISM CLASS – To register for class contact Fr .Grant at 270.798.3840. This class is intended for
parents who are practicing Catholics and attend Mass at Soldiers Chapel seeking to have their child (under the
age of 7) Baptized here at Soldiers Chapel, or in their home Diocese. . Parents must be active members of
Soldiers Chapel; Godparents are required to obtain a letter of good standing from their home parish. Classes
are offered on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm in Soldiers Chapel. Next class - 8 October.
MINISTRY TEAM MEETING – Individuals are reminded that our meeting has been re-scheduled for
this coming Monday 29 September at 6:00pmin Soldiers Chapel.
CONTRACT POSITIONS: The Fort Campbell RSO has the following contract positions available in the
areas of: 1) Youth Ministry Coordinator; 2) Watch care providers; 3) Watch care Supervisor; 4) Catholic
Parish Coordinator; 5) Chapel Musician (Memorial); and 6) Chapel Musician (Community). Interested
individuals should visit the RSO office at Liberty Chapel to view the contracts and to obtain further
information if interested
ALTAR SERVERS – an opportunity to serve! What a great way for our youth to enter into the
world of ministry. YOU ARE NEEDED! Please contact Jason Kumiyama at 931.206.0551 or

PRE-MARRIAGE CLASSES – If you are planning to marry here at Soldiers Chapel, or in your home
Diocese, you are required to take a Pre-Marriage class. Please contact Fr. Grant @798-3840 to set-up your
initial pre-marriage interview.
MARRIAGES and CONVALIDATIONS – If you have been married by a Justice of the Peace, a Notary
Public or a minister other than a Catholic priest please consider having your marriage validated. The process
for having marriages validated is not difficult and will allow you to once again receive the sacraments. You
are asked to contact Fr. Grant at 798-3840.
