Tuggeranong Twilight Series.
The program is a wonderful showcase for de Pedro’s multi-faceted pianism. Described by various
European reviewers as a “performer of musical depth and exciting virtuosity” whose playing is both
“powerful and poetic”, he will take us on a fascinating musical journey, exploring the kaleidoscope of
pianistic colour and effect produced by these highly imaginative composers’ responses to the world of
“fantasy, folklore and fairytales”.
