quantify the economic costs of various urban spatial forms in South African cities.

Water User Associations and for research and financial modelling around Regional
Water Utilities.

Revised a tariff strategy and tariff setting model to assist local municipalities in
setting solid waste tariffs, including piloting and training on the model.
