Description: This position oversees a team of interviewers on a research project with divorcing
and separating families. The successful candidate will be overseeing a team, scheduling
interviews, training and supervising staff members in various phases of the project; develop and
maintain record keeping systems to track the scheduling and completion of parent and child
interviews. Additional responsibilities include: maintaining quality control data; submitting
personnel's timesheets, mileage reimbursement forms, assisting faculty/staff and the Project
Director as directed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or related field or education. Preference is
for an individual pursuing graduate degree in social sciences or education. Experience in
interviewing subjects using a research protocols, supervisory experience; evidence of strong
organizational, management and analytical skills; effective communication skills; detailoriented and able to work independently. The successful candidate must be available for a
flexible work schedule, including afternoons, and some evenings and weekends.
Desired Qualifications: Experience working in a research setting/team. Experience working with
diverse populations and knowledge of databases (access, etc.) and Microsoft Office programs.
Full time position:
Salary Range $30,000 - $40,000 DOE
