Exhibitor must comply with GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (Agriculture Division), IAFE National Code of Show
Ring Ethics, and IL DEPT. OF AG HEALTH REQUIREMENTS.
All animals shown in this department MUST be registered in the name of the exhibitor prior to June 1 st of the current year.
All goats must be registered with ADGA – EXCEPT WETHERS.
Registration papers must be with person showing purebred animals – or they may not show.
All animals must be disbudded or dehorned.
A milking doe is one which has freshened and is being milked regularly. All entries in milking doe class MUST be milking at
time of show.
Must milk out after 7:00pm on the day before judging.
Entries in MARKET CLASSES Must have health papers and ear tag. Classes will be weighed and split into classes at the
discretion of the superintendents. Minimum weight of 50 lbs for auction.
Entries in the wether kid class MUST be marketable and will be judged accordingly.
Does shown in group classes may be any age and MUST be shown first in the individual classes.
All Boer and Boer X Goats can ONLY be shown in Meat Kid Class.
