IFST SPRING CONFERENCE
SHOWCASE AND POSTER COMPETITION
Food Safety in the Court of Public Opinion
The title for IFST’s 2015 Spring Conference is ‘Food safety in the court of public opinion’. We are
inviting posters that fit the theme to be displayed at our conference.
Posters are welcome from conference attendees conducting research relating to any aspect of food
safety. Posters are especially encouraged from those conducting research relating to food safety and
the consumer.
In addition to our poster showcase, we will be holding a poster competition open to postgraduate
student attendees. These posters will be judged by a panel of experts who will assess overall
suitability, impact and clarity of the research for display at the conference along with the validity of the
research methodologies used. Submissions, in the form of abstracts initially, are now being accepted
