Assembly Action Plan 2011-12
Mission
The ASE exists to promote excellence in the teaching and learning of science.
Vision
The ASE vision is of progressive improvement in the teaching and learning of science and of the increasing influence of the Association on the
environment and among stakeholders such that this vision can flourish. ASE believes that individuals – teachers, teacher educators, technicians,
advisers and learners – are vital to this improvement and works to support them. A vision for excellence must permeate everything that ASE does
– externally with members and stakeholders and internally with staff and volunteers.
