from a successful bidder in order to release the litigation bond?

Question #5: 3.3.4.4 Performance Bond (page 22): Given the value of the contract, would the
Lottery consider reducing the amount of the required performance bond? Our experience is
that the performance bond should typically fall within 10% of the overall contract value

Answer #5: Yes, the Lottery will reduce the amount of the Performance Bond, please see
Amendment #2 (please note that Performance Bonds are discussed in Section 3.3.4.3, not
3.3.4.4 as the question was asked).
Question #6: 6.8 Format of Bid Response, c) Vendor References (DOA-3478) & 7.7 Bidder
References (page 43): Both sections note that the bidder shall include in its bid response a
completed Vendor Reference Form, listing all vendors with whom the Bidder has done
business equal to that required by this solicitation within the last two (2) years. However, the
form itself only has space for four (4) references. Can the Lottery please clarify how many
references are required, and if more than four (4) are required, should the form be duplicated
to include all references?
