Solving Polynomial Equations By Factoring:
1.)Set Polynomial = 0,
2.)Factor,
3.)Set each factor = 0,
4.)Solve for the variable to find Roots(solution).
****The Root or Solution is the value of the variable that satisfies the polynomial equation when
it
is set equal to ZERO.
Principle of Zero Products
If the product of two factors is zero, then at least one of the factors must be zero.
If ab  0, then a  0 or b  0
