A note from First Cowgirl, Ann Hargis:
I am proud of the many wellness programs at OSU, but I’m especially proud of the Certified
Healthy Department program. There is strength in numbers, and when departments make the choice to
encourage each other to lead a healthier lifestyle, it speaks to the wellness commitment of our entire
system. Promoting a culture of wellness from within not only begins to positively change our campuses,
but it also makes an impact in our communities. I applaud the creative and innovative ways in which you
support each other, and I hope you will continue to seek new ways to promote a healthy, happy, and
productive work environment. Thank you for your commitment to America’s HEALTHIEST Campus® and I
look forward to celebrating even more success in 2016.
Applications are due March 11, 2016.
Certified Healthy Departments will be announced on March 21, 2016.
