INSTRUCTIONS
1. An Obituary is an enouncement of death An Eulogy is a speech of praise, usually
delivered in reference to someone who has just died.
2. Create a newspaper Obituary in MS Publisher for a famous person or character.
3. In your eulogy, pay tribute to at least five of his/her best qualities or accomplishments.
4. Create a funeral scene and film the event including someone giving the Eulogy.
5. Present this media event to the class with reflective comments about the process you
used in this media event.
6. Make sure to include the person’s name, your actors, as well as your own name.
7. Print out this form and include it with your project.
