You have been asked to mentor a Coach. The Coach initially
appears keen but cancels at short notice, is reluctant to travel
and seems to find it difficult to commit to preparing particular
sessions. You find out the Coach has approached another
Mentor without discussing this with you first.
What would you do to address this situation?

You have been asked to mentor a long serving Coach. When you
meet her she states that the system is ‘ridiculous’. She has been
Coaching for six years and says she knows grassroots coaching
inside out.
