Calf Rearing Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our agricultural business for a position as a Calf Rearing Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:





Increasing the existing number of calf rearing units;
Managing existing calf rearing units and visit the farms on a regular basis;
Implement and monitor the progress of our calves and the key performance indicators for our
farmers;
Record and update the systems on the tablet provided. Some IT knowledge and skills required;
Working as part of a team and communicate effectively with farmers and team members.
We are looking for a candidate that:



Has a hands on approach to work and with a genuine interest in agriculture and calf rearing;
Enthusiastic, organised and a self-starter;
Flexible and willing to travel the Cheshire/Staffordshire area to visit all the units and develop
working relationships with our farmers.
Company car/van provided
Driving licence necessary
This is a full time position with a salary of £20 – 25k
