be around € 500 per month, accommodation NOT included.

The Faculty of Business Management & Law (Arnhem Business School):
Arnhem Business School guarantees furnished accommodation to all its exchange
students through the housing association Vivare. Information regarding the
accommodation offered to international students and the cost thereof may be found on
their website: www.vivare.nl → international students.
The application procedure is as follows:
1. Register online at www.vivare.nl → international students → application procedure;
2. The deadline for registration is 31 May (for the fall semester) and 31 October (for
the spring semester). The first payment of €750 should be received by Vivare by 15
June for the fall semester and 15 November for the spring semester.
3. Arnhem Business School will approve your application;
4. After Arnhem Business School’s approval, Vivare will request you, by E-mail, to
make a first payment to Vivare of € 750 to secure your application. Payment details
may be found on their website. If you do not receive this E-mail within a week after
your registration, please contact Arnhem Business School to find out if your
application has been approved. When making the payment, make sure to mention
your VIV Number and also take into account that it may take up to 10 days for your
payment to be received by Vivare.
5. Approximately 2 weeks after you have made the payment of € 750 you will receive
confirmation of receipt by E-mail from Vivare. If you have not heard from them after 2
weeks, please fax a copy of the transfer receipt to Vivare’s Financial Department:
+31-26-3550299, mentioning your name and country;
6. The rooms are rented per semester and the balance of the semester price is due in
full on or before arrival in Arnhem.
Refund policy: for cancellation before 15 July (Fall semester) or 15 December
(Spring semester), you will receive a full refund. If the room is cancelled after these
dates the € 750 will NOT be refunded.

If you participate in an exchange course at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies or
the Faculty of Education, you can indicate below if you wish to reserve a furnished room
with shared kitchen.
Cost per student:
The rental price is €345 per month per student.
In addition students need to pay a registration & administration fee of €26 and
a deposit fee of €150 which will be returned to you if you leave your room clean and
intact.
In order to reserve a room you need to respect our deadline for admission:
