Inbal was born in 1966 in Israel.
Married to Prof. Yitshak Kreiss and they have 3 children
Education
1988 - Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering in
honors from the Technion in Haifa
1996 - Executive Master of Business Administration (E.M.B.A)
Degree with honors from Tel-Aviv University
2006-2007 - visiting researcher in the Department of Aeronautics
and Astronautics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) ,
Cambridge, USA
Experience
1988 – 2000 Directorate of Research and Development (DR&D) of
the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD)- leading integrated defense
systems.
In 2000 she joined the Israeli Aerospace Industries as the Arrow
Weapon System (AWS) Engineer, and led the Arrow System
Improvement Plan (ASIP).
In 2007 Inbal assigned to be the Arrow 3 project manager , Israeli
Aerospace Industries. She led the program from concept level of
exo-atmospheric interception to the successful flight tests in 2013.
Since 2013 she is the deputy general manager of MBT SPACE
DIVISION
Awards
2010 - The Technological Entrepreneurship Award from the
International Aerospace Conference, Israel. for brilliant concept in
missile defense
2013 – The IAI Vice president award for Arrow 3 successful flight
test
