There will be an optimum time for the course, set at PC horse trial speeds, which will be
displayed on the course plan. No watches allowed.
The winner will be the closest to and within the optimum time

Competition will be run under Pony Club rules.
Ages as on 1st January 2014
No horse or pony may compete more than twice (including tetrathlon).
If a class is balloted a rider can only ride once in that class.
All horses and ponies must be 4 years old and over.
A Skull Cap to comply with Pony Club standards must be worn when mounted. Skull
Cap, Body Protectors and Medical Armband are compulsory.
7. Earrings, studs, other body jewelry and nail varnish must not be worn.
8. The Judge’s decision is final. Any objections should be handed to the secretary within 20
minutes of the incident in writing, together with a deposit of £10 which may be retained if
the objection is not upheld.
9. Anyone missing their class will not be entitled to a refund, and the organisers reserve the
right to alter or cancel any of the classes.
10. No misuse of whips, spurs, equipment allowed.
11. Children and dogs on leads to be supervised at all times.
12. Please do not leave any litter.
Inspection
Course open for inspection on Saturday 5th April 2014 after 3pm
Number Bibs and Hats Bring hat for checking when collecting number bib. There will
be a charge of £5 for number bib which will be refunded on return.

Directions Pembrey country Park is situated on the A484 Carmarthen to Llanelli road.
Pembrey village is midway between Kidwelly and Llanelli. The park is marked by brown
tourist signs in the village of Pembrey.
Health and Safety. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to
ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective,
everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring
and must obey instructions of the organisers and all Officials and Stewards.
