Dear Senior Parent or Guardian,
We know your student’s senior year is going to be an exciting, busy one. Believe it or not, as you know, the time to
order their cap and gown and graduation announcements has started.
Packets were distributed to students last week. Please be sure to mark your calendar with the important dates on the
envelope, which include today and tomorrow, Sept. 16 and 17, when representatives will be in school during parent
night to receive your cap, gown & tassel, graduation announcement and senior product orders. Representatives will
also be in school on September 23 and 24 to collect orders during lunch.
A digital mock-up of the official Westerville North announcement is shown and described below.
The front of this ivory custom-made announcement features a shiny maroon and gold foil design. The Westerville
North maroon and gold foil engraved crest stands out on the left side of the announcement while a foil “2016” adorns
the right side.
The announcement cover opens along the stripe to show the warrior way. The tri-fold announcement opens again to
reveal the center panel which features the verse announcing your student’s graduation to family and friends in
maroon ink. Behind the verse is an etching of Westerville North High School. The right panel includes die cuts to
hold a name card and your student’s senior picture.
There are three ways to place your order:
1. At school on during parent night on September 16 + 17 or during lunch on September 23 + 24.
