4 GSRs were present so the meeting was not quorate for voting purposes.
2. Minutes of the previous meeting

Also, on page 3, the John H fund makes contributions but it can't be said how much.
3. Service Positions
Service positions are available still. These are:

We have been advertising these for one year now. It was noted that there are a number of Intergroup Officers who will be stepping
down at the end of the year, without someone stepping up now to Webmaster, in particular, there will be alack of continuity.

Ita regrets she has to step down from co-ordinating the convention committee. Intergroup thanks I for her willingness. A
committee has formed NM, JO and T (Monday BDA). ACTION: J to put committee in touch with each other by email.
4. 21st Anniversary Celebration Saturday 25th June
Entertainment: Do to suddenly frenetic work schedule, N needs help to co-ordinate this. He has asked someone and this person
has stepped up. He is also asking other members.
Action Charito call N about a flashing party sign on the website.
Still a slow sale of tickets. Tickets can be got from your GSR or at Intergroup or please email intergroup with your big orders!
Party looks forward to having people coming from other fellowships. Never turn down an opportunity for PI.
5. Treasurers report and donations
1. The contributions to Intergroup are so small this year that next year's spending plan is in substantial doubt. It was noted that
this is a general problem, not just a special issue problem. Contributions are down for everything. Treasurer asks groups to look at
the big picture. Group rents are high in London, this seems to be a factor. Action: GSRs coming next meeting, please share with
Intergroup, if you can, your group's expenses and spending plan?
2. The current position on sending ISR to World Service Conference this year:
£599.86 has been collected and contributed by Hyde Park Saturday meeting, ring-fenced for sending the ISR to WSC. Plus the
contribution from Intergroup 1231.75

Shortfall is about £380. Intergroup trusts the ISR to make the decision whether to go once the hotel and dates have been confirmed

All is well. Literature is up to date. Good supply. Will do another order soon.

Neil reports about one email a week, on average. Does check that there is someone doing phone line and loner support.

1. A sheet for FAQs received about the 7th tradition.
2. GSRs please send as soon as you can any questions to conference to: isr AT debtorsanonymous.org.uk . Any member can ask a
question of conference but ISR has a list compiled already and you can add to it. Questions are always taken up at conference.

Can we have an update on technical issues re e-commerce, e.g. buying literature online (which is not possible at the
moment)
Parliamentary procedure is common in the US to run business meetings with - UK would like to know more about
these procedures.
3. Conference report is on WSO website
4. Trustee visited UK this week. Couldn't come to IG but asks 'Do we Have any more Stories for the Ways and Means?' GSRs
please ask your groups.
The Trustee questioned the practise of HOW Concepts and Tools being read out in DA HOW meetings because these are not
conference approved literature.
After some discussion, IG decided to put this on the agenda for July. IG needs to decide what recommendations if any it will make
to DA HOW groups. Anyone is welcome at Intergroup to put their views on any topic.
5. Most DA members visiting London and looking for a meeting go to WSO website rather than our UK one, because it comes up
on Google, probably. They are not getting a sense of our abundance of meetings in the UK because there are only five meetings
registered. We actually have 30. So, this July, JOIN the rest of the world. Come to Intergroup on July 30th and register your
meeting. Intergroup will have forms ready to be filled in, Simples.
6.World Service Chair has asked if, in the UK, we would discuss having our own board, conference etc. At the moment
everything happens in the States.
It's a great vision but we cannot start putting it into motion yet.
Media training call. Conference call upcoming . Date TBA. ISR to facilitate, going through the traditions in regard to dealing with
the media.
Debtorsanonymous.org website - the world one - has a lot of info. When we get a webmaster we'll have more on our but at the
moment this is on hold.
World Service PI committee are looking for people with other languages than English.

7. Group Reports
BDA Mayfair, 15 people. Trying to build up money for literature.
Swiss Cottage HOW Sunday lots of newcomers, high turnover. Service positions can be difficult to fill.
Monday BDA at Westbourne Grove Church. Attended regularly service positions are filled.
Hyde Park Crescent - needs secretaries. Usually a big meeting.

Q:If the person who has brought the GC doesn't show up what is traditionally the action?
A: Unless they've nominated someone else who shows up then don't have it.

Summary points for GSRs
1. Party 25th June - a Saturday night hooley to celebrate 21 years of DA in England. Tickets with GSRs. Rolling meetings
as well. What more could you need! The more tickets sold the more abundant the food provided.
2.Service positions at Intergroup: GSRs please take available positions to your groups ! Webmaster in particular. We have been

 Reminded that the way to get literature is as follows:
To receive your order by post:




Fill out an order form, remembering to add 15% to the total for
postage.
Preferably (though not essential) email the list to literature AT
debtorsanonymous.org.uk to check that all items are in stock, and
to notify the Literature Secretary to expect your order.
Send form and payment to BM DA Intergroup, London WC1N
3XX (cheques made out to DA Intergroup). If in doubt about the
payment, contact the literature Secretary at literature AT
debtorsanonymous.org.uk (these emails are also forwarded
automatically to the treasurer).
Your order will be posted to you; it may take up to 2 weeks for you
to receive your order.
To collect your order at Intergroup:
