2015 BC Junior Development Championships – Kamloops –

Accomodation: The residence at the Thompson Rivers University is a 5 minute walk from the track. The
rooms are comfortable and affordable. A complimentary breakfast is included. Ted and I have stayed
here for several meets in the past and have found that it is an excellent choice.
There are double rooms, quad rooms and executive loft suites available. Information on each
type of room is listed below and there is a virtual tour of the complex. I will make a group
booking of 10 double rooms and 5 quad rooms, but I would suggest you make a booking as
quickly as possible as there are always several groups wanting accommodation on campus
during the summer not to mention that the Championship itself will bring in a large group.

Two separate bedrooms, each with its own double bed with linen, satellite television, display telephone
with free local calls and voice mail, and Wi-Fi high speed internet
Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator – utensils and cookware not provided

Sleeps of maximum of 4 occupants – 470 square ft.
Quad:
Four separate bedrooms, each with its own double bed with linen, satellite television, display telephone
with free local calls and voice mail, and Wi-Fi high speed internet
Kitchenette with microwave, 2 refrigerators, and single chest freezer - utensils and cookware not
provided
2 Private three piece private washrooms , and air-conditioning with individual climate controls
Sleeps of maximum of 8 occupants – 940 square ft.
Executive Lofts:
Separate bedroom, with its own double bed with linen, satellite television, display telephone with free
local calls and voice mail, and Wi-Fi high speed internet
Living space with pullout sofa, gas fire place, large desk workspace, and flat screen television
Kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils and cookware, and island with
breakfast bar
Private three piece private washroom with deep soak tub, and air-conditioning with individual climate
controls
Sleeps of maximum of 2+ occupants
Additional Amenities Include:

Residence Rates:
Doubles - $114.95+tax (15%) per suite per night based on double occupancy
Quads - $154.95+tax (15%) per suite per night based on quad occupancy
Lofts- $190.00+tax (15%) per suite per night based on double occupancy
Check in and Check Out Times
Check in time is 3PM on the scheduled day of arrival; and check out time is 11 AM on the scheduled day
of departure. Please note that our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
