PROFILE
A versatile & experienced electronic senior media designer with over 20 years experience
designing user defined UX solutions in an agile environment for a range of complex data
presentation scenarios. Very strong visual awareness coupled with experience in process
mapping coupled with sound technical knowledge at the code base, enables him to deliver
clear interactive design solutions using modern front end frameworks. He is a good
communicator able to work in all situations & management levels & enjoys agile development
team interaction. He is able to think creatively within the boundaries of project requirements
but also able to influence & reshape client requirements when the situation arises. Familiar
with liaising with product management and development in an agile environment. Experience
at setting global design standards for departments to conform to and support brand
recognition within the product suite and in supporting collateral. He has a rare mixture of
traditional & technical design skills using paint, marker, mouse or writing code for a range of

web and print. He also has hand coding skills using html 5and CSS3 incorporating the use of
CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap Twitter. He recently implemented the use of this
framework across Gladstones product suite. Creating a shared centralised UI template that all
products leveraged off. This was also supported by a style guide using the core framework
demo pages so developers had live pages that they could reference layout and mark up
guidelines against.
