In accordance with your Notice for Sale of Scrap Metal, the undersigned proposes the following:

3. To view the scrap please make an appointment by calling Jason Phitides at 904-247-6226
4. Scrap will be sold quarterly to the bidder offering the highest prices.
5. Bidders must have sufficient equipment to safely remove the scrap from the City yard.
