Daily Student Announcements
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Volleyball Tournament
• When: Monday, Dec 7th, 7pm - 9pm
• Where: NHS Field House
• You need a minimum of 6 players per team, maximum is 10 players
• The cost to enter the tournament is $10 per team
• T-shirts are available for an extra cost
To sign up your team, please pick up forms in the Activities Office or at the Door 3 desk. Contact
Caroline Jones or Haafsah Fariduddin with any questions. Forms and money must be turned in to
the Activities Office by Friday, 12/4.
Senior Workshop: On Thursday, December 3rd mods 1-7 we will be having a workshop to assist
with applications, transcripts, scholarships, etc. Please come in and complete your applications or
get help with any other post-secondary plans.
Please join us for fun, games, contests, and live entertainment all day Saturday, December 5 at
Neenah High School's Barnes & Noble Book Fair. A percent of all in-store and online book, gift,
and café sales will come back to our school and help to support literacy initiatives. This day is also
Barnes & Noble's "Educator Shopping Event", so teachers will receive an additional 25% discount on
purchases with an educator card.
We will be having our introductory/informational Forensics team meeting next week Tuesday,
December 8th after school in room 132 at 3:30 pm.
Attention Seniors – there is one last chance for you to place your cap and gown orders in person
(online orders are ALWAYS accepted). Herff-Jones will be here on December 9 during mod 5 in front
of the cafeteria.
Attention all students – Are you interested in ordering a Class Ring? Stop and see what is
available – Herff-Jones will be here on December 9, during mod 5, in front of the cafeteria to sell
class rings.
In the summer of 2017, Mr. Borchardt is taking students back to the Dominican Republic on an 8
day service trip. If you would like more information please attend the meeting on Thursday December
10th at 6:30pm in room 424, (Little Conant Theater). Please email Mr. Borchardt if you have any
questions or stop by room 416

MONDAY:
The Debate Team will meet in the Library every Monday from 6pm-8pm. (Scotty Thurwachter)
Knitting Club meets Mondays from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm in room 322. (Mrs. Uvaas)
The Urban Farm Club will meet on Mondays in room 404. (Mrs. Dorschner or Mrs. Rogers)
The AFS Club meets on Monday after school in room 164B from 3:25-3:45. (Mrs. Counter)
Anime Club meets on Mondays in room 200 after school. (Mrs. Hoff)

SEA Club will be meeting on Tuesday mornings at 7:20 am in room 164B. (Mrs. Counter)
Student Council meets on Tuesday, at 7:15 am in the Conant Little Theater. (Mr. Laluzerne)
Art Club meets every Tuesday at 3:20 pm in room 420. (Mrs. Mullard)
The Chess Club will be meeting every Tuesday after school until 4:30 p.m. in the Apollo commons.
The Eco Club will be meeting the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. (Mrs. Vanderkolk)
Drama Club - Meets every other Tuesday at 3:30 pm in the Green Room. (Mr. Aaron Hoffman)
The Culinary Club will meet Tuesday, at 3:30 pm in room 418. (Mrs. Garbe)

The Satellite (school newspaper) meets in room 134 on Wednesdays after school. (Mrs. Plankey)

Latino Club Meets Wednesdays at 3:20 pm in room 326. (Mrs. Torres)
