Postdoctoral Fellowship in Hepatology
A full-time postdoctoral research position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Richard M. Green at
Northwestern University. We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to investigate
the genetic and molecular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of fatty liver disorders.
Investigations will focus on murine Quantitative Trait Locus (QTL) analysis and the molecular
regulation of the Unfolded Protein Response. Candidates must have a Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. in
cell biology, molecular biology, genetics or related fields; and a strong track record of high-quality
biomedical research. Prior experience with mouse models, tissue culture, murine genetics and/or
mechanisms of gene regulation is preferred. Salary and benefits are competitive. Interested
