Attached you will find the student’s IEP-mandated accommodations/modifications.
The accommodations/modifications must be followed in your classroom on a regular basis for homework, class
work, quizzes, major tests, and projects, unless the student’s IEP indicates otherwise. Failure to provide the
student with the IEP-mandated accommodations/modifications may constitute a denial of the student’s legal right
to an appropriate education.
If you find that the student no longer requires the accommodations/modifications in your classroom; or if you
have concerns about the student’s progress in the general curriculum, please let me know.
