3. Now click on the plus (+) sign next to the Pathway that you are
interested in. This will allow you to view the occupations offered within
this Pathway at different levels of education. Click on the level of
education that you wish to complete and view the occupations offered.
Now, list three occupations from any of the Career Clusters and/or
Pathways that you want to explore further and summarize each of their
occupation descriptions:

4. Now click on the occupations you listed above. As you click on each
occupation you will see a description of the occupation, a video of a
person who works in that occupation and the occupation’s
employment outlook. Look on the right side of the screen and click
on the tab “Interests, Skills and Work Values”. Identify five specific
skills for your top three occupations (Kudernavigator or the ONET

5. Now click on the tab that says “Typical Education, College Majors
and Programs” for one of your selected occupations. Record the
typical education needed for that occupation here:

6. Now click the back button until you return to the screen that shows
your Pathways for your Career Cluster. Find the “Sample High
School Plan” by reviewing one of your “explored” Occupational
Pathways. The Sample High School Plan is located on the upper
right hand side of your screen. Which high school courses could you
take to help prepare you for that Pathway? The counselor will show
you the A-G requirements and electives offered at VMHS.

7. Click on and review the “Career Planning Timeline” on the right side
of the screen. Check the items you have completed for 9th grade.

site to search your 3 occupations and fill out the ONET worksheet.
