I am so proud to introduce this app to you. Seesaw is a
student-driven digital portfolio that empowers students of
all ages to independently document and share what they
are learning at school. You can view live videos,
morning/afternoon meetings, and creative artwork using
the See Saw App. More information is to come on how
to get login.
SPPS Choice Fair
Learn more about early childhood, pre-kindergarten and
kindergarten programs at all SPPS elementary schools.

All SPPS application deadline is February 16, 2016
Reading Logs Due- Every 1st Monday
The goal for pre-k scholars is to be reading for 10
minutes per night or 450 minutes per month.
Research shows reading enhances standardized
testing skills as they move through grade levels.

Health Emergency
There has been a dramatic increase in the number of
scholars who are coming to the nurse's office with flulike symptoms. These symptoms include a fever,
cough and/or a sore throat. Scholars with fevers will be
sent home to prevent the spread of illness.
Winter Assessments
Hey, It’s Game Time! I will be assessing each scholar
on many educational areas that will prepare them for
kindergarten. Winter Assessments will be taking place
January 11th – 28th. So please make sure your scholar
gets plenty of rest and arrives to school daily.
