Guidance for filling in the course registration form

Exchange students can only register for courses electronically using this form.

Deadline: E-mail your application form to the study coordinator Merete Rishøj Møller:
mrm@ifs.ku.dk no later than Monday 4th January 2016.

Please use the same course code and titles as those given in the Department's course
catalogue. You can also find information about time and place for the course(s) at this link
when clicking on 'Timetable'.

Please be aware of that you are only able to register for courses from the attached list.

Seminars are mainly open for our own Master level students.

Please note that there are three types of durations of the courses;
 Semester: 2 hours per week in 14 weeks (from 8th February to 20th May 2016)
 Block 3: 4 hours per week in 7 weeks (from 8th February to 1st April 2016)
 Block 4: 4 hours per week in 7 weeks (from 4th April to 20th May 2016)
All exams takes place in May and June.
 Oral exams from 23rd to 30th May 2016 and written papers 9th June 2016.
If you take a course with oral exam you must be present throughout the full
examination period.

The StudentID is a 10 digits ID you receive upon admittance (in the admission letter) at
the University of Copenhagen. Please note that the StudentID is not the same number as
the one on your ID-card. If you cannot remember your StudentID please contact Merete
Rishøj Møller

The KU username is; ex. abc123.

You can change your course choice from 15th January to 16th February 2016 by
sending an e-mail to study coordinator Merete Rishøj Møller, mrm@ifs.ku.dk.
