Committee Updates
Chair – Sharon and Carol
Carol reported that this is the last meeting before the Relay. Sharon and Carol are working with
Dawn to make sure things are lined up for the Relay.
Setup will be Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm., and to decorate your sites.
Team Development – Pam and Nevin

Survivorship Leslie
It was suggested one lap for Survivors and one lap for Caretakers. Pete has people to help with
breakfast. Leslie has received some donations. Will also have Ice Cream, Ice Cream
Sandwiches, and Ice Pops

Advocacy – Sharon
Sharon sent the Relay for Life book around for people to see if everything is correct before
sending to printer.
Media/Publicity - Pat and Jaden
Rerun Luminaria ad in newspaper in the Item And the Journal.
Mission Delivery - Sharon
Passed a paper around for people to sign up to read at the microphone “Minutes to Read”
Online - Frank
Raised $1,459 they are $500 short of their goal.
Registration/Accounting - Jaden and Pat

Antique Cars will arrive around 5:00 pm
Friday, June 17, 2001 at 1:00 pm Opening Ceremonies
American Legion Post 71, Milton will do one lap around and present the color and then Equila
Phelps will sing the National Anthem.
Prayer by Pastor Bud Rutherford of Chris Wesleyan Church.
All teams and team members to be on the track for the first lap of the Milton Relay for Life.
