Summer Fair
Thursday 25th June
3:00-5:00pm
Year 6 SATs
Next week is a crucial week for the school as
children in Year 6 will be participating in the
National tests for Key Stage 2. The teachers
and pupils have worked conscientiously to
prepare for this and are now eager to
complete the tests. I am sure you will join
me in wishing the children in Year 6 all the
best for their SATs.
There will be a SATs revision class on
Saturday morning.
Parent Governor Election
As you will know, we recently invited Parents
and Carers to stand for election as Parent
Governor to our Governing Body, and I am
pleased to announce that the new Governors
are
Mrs Cynthia Kangau-Nganga
Mr Nicroy Thomas
Congratulations to both and hope they enjoy
their time as Governors here at St Mary’s.
Breakfast will be available for Yr 6 children
next week Monday -Thursday.
Forthcoming Events/trips
Punctuality
School gates open at 8:40am. After 8:50
children must enter the school through the
main entrance. The school continues to refuse
entry to the school after 9:10 if prior notice has
not been given to minimise disruption.
