Larry Jackson Scholarship Application
Larry Jackson, deceased, and his children Kelsey, Heath, Leslie, and Nick have a deep love for music and have
devoted many hours to playing and singing for enjoyment, for community and church events, and in bands.
In honor of Larry, his children have established a scholarship available to a Catholic youth member of either
the Clifton parish where the Larry Jackson family played for Mass, or the Clyde parish. This is a one-time
scholarship given to a high school senior who is anticipation furthering their education in music at the college
level. A student must be a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Clifton or St. John the Baptist Catholic
Church in Clyde to apply for this scholarship. In the event there are no applicants who will be involved in
music, another youth who displays love of God to others and gives of their time and talents to the church will
be considered.
This application must be returned to the Clyde rectory or the school counselor by April 1. The scholarship
applicant will be chosen by the family.
