 Information on existing, planned and anticipated real estate development projects directly served
by the proposed infrastructure that minimally includes the name, location, number of units of market
and affordable units (as known), square footage of commercial space, anticipated jobs created and
retained, developer name, site square footage, and the projected time frame.
