Job Description
Saratoga is looking for smart Graduates to join our team of masterminds
in either Analysis or Developer roles. An example of some of the things
you’ll be doing is:
- Design,
develop,
implement
and
maintain
application
systems/programs
- Analysis within a systems development and integration project
environment.
- Analyse test requirements and test scenarios and design, coordinate and execute testing.
- Analyse and elicit business requirements and translate them into
solutions. Document requirements and functional specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels and conduct scoping,
requirements and design workshops.
- Identify and analyse a large number of source systems and have
the ability to map data and design new efficient data models.

Requirements
BCom Information Systems / BCom Statistics / BSc Computer Science / BSc
Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Honours degrees
preferable.
- Strong theoretical programming grounding required
Degree - Final year
Good analytical, technical and trouble shooting skills.
- Problem solver that can demonstrate innovation
- Passion for Analysis and learning new technologies
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Delivery focused and proactive, a self-starter
- Adjusts to change positively and adjusts behaviours accordingly
- Ability to interact with and build relationships with clients and team
members
- Ability and willingness and to move around and work at different client
sites
