a. Motion to approve by Melissa, seconded by Di – motion approved
3. Treasurer’s Report
a. Table report until September
4. Old and New Business
a. Nate: Labor Day Parade: Parade 9:30, meet at 9:00, same location as last year. Jason
will email the organization
b. Fliers for school distribution: Nate will take care of flyers for K, 1 and 2 as well as flyers
for to be handed out at the parade.
c. Casey: What needs to be done/what kind of approval is needed for Oliver to sit on the
board? Jim R will talk to Oliver about what intentions are and the role he is wanting
to play
5. Committee Reports
a. Bylaws: None
b. Election/Nomination: None
c. Coaching/Evaluations: Upcoming coaching clinics – Des Moines 9/26 level 1, 2, 3.
Madison 10/31 level 1, 2, 3. Dubuque will hold a clinic in September.
d. Equipment/Rental Program/Apparel: August 11 and 13 from 6-8
e. Fundraising/Golf Outing: Laura Stamm clinic in Dubuque, currently have 2 full
sessions, we should bring in $3000+ for DYHA, discount cards will be ready to
distribute as well as football mania for travel teams
f. House League/Pictures/Awards: Di will be updating bulletin boards
g. Ice/Referee Schedules: None
h. Website/Registration: If trying out for travel, must be registered by Aug 17th. Tryouts
the week of Sept 14th
i. Public Relations/Promotions: None
j. Finance/Scholarships: None
k. Travel Team/Dane County League/Mid-West League: Larry, Ron and Jason will attend
meeting
l. Annual Meeting: None
