Membership Agreement
Overview: The purpose of this document is to establish an agreement between N.E.AR. Ducks, and
“Member” ___________________________ (Print) relative to the rights of Member and the operation
N.E.AR. Ducks. (‘Club’)
Release of Liability: By signing this document the member acknowledges that the sport of hunting
is inherently dangerous and agrees that they will not hold N.E.AR. Ducks LLC, or Landlords, or any
member or agent of N.E.AR. Ducks liable for any accident which may occur while on the property ( as
hereinafter defined). The member also agrees that a Waiver of Liability Form (attached hereto) will be
executed and on file for member, and for each guest that member brings onto the properties, and that
without this executed Waiver of Liability Form, member and his/her guests will not be allowed on said
properties for any purpose.
Mission Statement: N.E.AR. Ducks Hunting Club is located in Randolph County Arkansas. It is
nestled in the northeast corner of Arkansas. Part of the Mississippi Delta. Famous for the historic
five rivers running through our county. Our Lodge and hunting ground is nestled between Black River and
Current River. Public hunting is also just a few minutes away in the Dave Donaldson Black River WMA.
N.E.AR. Ducks Hunting Club is a development project to help outdoor persons to achieve
their outdoor goals in North East Arkansas. To create a source of income for the surrounding communities
from the natural resources that the area has to offer with no harm to the environment. Project is and will
Continue to benefit the area. The club is designed for all to enjoy and be safe.

Club Description: The primary objective of the club is to provide a “safe”, convenient, and productive
environment for the purpose of hunting waterfowl. The hunting acres are located in Randolph and Clay
Counties. Members will have rights to hunt 4000 plus acres in arkansas. Membership property which
includes flooded rices fields, bean fields, and 91 plus acres of Private flooded green timber.(that borders
Dave Donaldson WMA) All members have the right to hunt membership property open for membership
hunting. The members will be responseable for all guests and fees. All this will be ran through the manager
and gatekeeper of the club prior to hunting. Hunting will be done out of pits, blinds, layout blinds, and
green timber. Transportation afield must be done with RV’s only. N.E.AR. Ducks will take into account
recommendations made by all members relative to its operations including Number of members, dues, rules,
blind location, blind selection process, rest days, ect., however the final Decision on these items and the
general operation of N.E.AR. Ducks shall vest with N.E.AR. Ducks.

$50.00 per day per person
Comm. $75.00 per day per person
Daily rental $400.00 per day

50% Deposit non-refundable balance due upon arrival.
Club Dues:
Members agree to pay N.E.AR. Ducks _________ plus taxes to exercise the
hunting privileges listed in this agreement for the20___ - 20_____ Waterfowl hunting season. Members
are required to complete 8 hours of work ( an additional fee of up to $400 will be charged to any member
who does not complete said work at the discretion of N.E.AR. Ducks.)

*All payments are non-refundable.
Club Rules and Regulation: Each member of the club agrees to adhere to
N.E.AR. Ducks Rules and Regulations for said year displayed at the lodge and made part of this agreement.
N.E.AR. Ducks has the right to revoke all associated privileges and forfeit all associated payments of any
member that violates the Rules and Regulations of N.E.AR. Ducks.
Period of Performance: The “release of liability” portion of this agreement is in
effect indefinitely (from date of signature). The remainder of the agreement is in place starting at the reciept
of full payment and ending at the completion of the 20__/20__ Duck Season.
