PART 4: ALLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPATING SCHOOL

Pay annual dues of $100

Keep accurate account of garden classes by filling out the Seed-to-Table Alliance Reporting
Form after each activity. A link to the Form is on the front page of our website (“Data Entry
Portal”), www.sfdseedtotable.org

Follow school district policies and procedures regarding school gardens.
