This dog is not to be used for breeding purposes. The owner agrees to spay/neuter the dog by
one year of age.
We have a ‘no homeless pets’ policy. If you (the owner) find yourself unable to care for your
dog we ask that you diligently search to find a suitable, dog friendly home. If a suitable home
cannot be found we ask that you contact Magic Valley Goldendoodles for assistance or to
return the dog to us.
We like to follow our dogs throughout their lives to keep a record of coat quality, overall health
and temperament. When purchasing one of our goldendoodles we ask that you keep us up to
date with pictures and reports of your dog’s quality of life at
MagicValleyGoldendoodles@gmail.com.
The owner has a two year (full-purchase price refund) warranty against death from genetic
disease that we have screened for in parents. We also give a two-year warranty (full purchase
price refund) against an official rating of severe (not mild or moderate) hip and/or elbow
dysplasia and loss of sight from congenital eye disorders.
This puppy has been treated for a bladder infection. The owner should take the puppy to a
certified veterinarian within a week of purchase/adoption date. If it is determined by the vet
that that the puppy may have long-term chronic defect or illness related to kidney/bladder
disease/infections then the puppy can be returned for a full purchase price refund. If there is a
chronic, long-term bladder/kidney defect and the owner wants to keep the puppy and accept
liability for any future medical expenses, then the owner may be reimbursed a portion of the
purchase price according to the severity of the disability, at the discretion of the breeder.
We will pay for all antibiotics /diagnostic tests done (up to $1400.00) by the veterinarian to
treat any bladder infections that may occur for the first six months (until 6/24/2014) of the
puppy’s life.
With severe hip/elbow dysplasia we will reimburse the buyer up to the full purchase price
($1400.00) of the puppy with documented vet expenses or we will replace the puppy with
another from a different litter.
In order for the guarantee to remain valid, the puppy needs to be checked by the owner’s vet
within one week of receiving the puppy. A dog whose weight is in the obese category or a dog
that does an excessive amount of stair climbing will also void the genetic hip and elbow
guarantee.
Your puppy had his first vaccinations at 6 weeks the second set of shots were given on March
15, 2014. His last set of shots is due at on April 5th or around 16 weeks of age. A shot record is
included in your puppy packet. We feed our puppies and dogs a high quality grain free dog
food (we use Nature’s Domain from Costco), and we encourage you to do the same.
Magic Valley Goldendoodles is not responsible for vet costs incurred while not in our
possession except as described above. Magic Valley Goldendoodles is not responsible for any
vet bills related to genetic disorders incurred after December 24, 2015.
I have read and agree with the above terms of purchase.
