Take three talented artists – Melissa White, Flora Roberts and Su Daybell and give them the freedom to
create a collection. This is what Lewis & Wood did, and the result is the company’s most dynamic and
ambitious collections to date. With six distinctive designs the English Ethnic collection confirms Lewis &
Wood’s position as one of the most innovative and exciting small fabric houses working in the UK.
Melissa White’s inspiration comes from her fascination and scholarly understanding of Elizabethan wall
painting. Her contribution to the collection includes the highly detailed Bacchus and Rococo which display
her passion for ornate pattern and embellishment.

Flora Roberts, a decorative muralist has created the classically beautiful Doves and Sika, an unusual and
