Hilltone Software & Gases Ltd. At Santej, Dist-Gandhinagar. The Group are also engaged in
manufacturing of industrial & Medical Oxygen, Nitrogengas, Liquied Nitrigen, Dissolved
Acetylene, Refilling Nitrous Oxide and Three liquid Cryogenic Tanks of Argon, Nitrogen and
Oxygen for refilling cylinders of above gases and Cryo Vessel. We also deal in variety of
gases, gas Mixture and High pressure gas cylinders & Cryo vessels.I am looking after

I am joined group company’s Vidhata Air Products Pvt.Ltd. & Vidhyut Oxygen Co. At
Changodar, Ahmedabad. The Group are also engaged in manufacturing of industrial Oxygen,
Nitrogen and medical Oxygen. Have two plants of 170 + 130 Cm3/hrs. each are functioning as
24 hours continues process.
I am looking after to maintain the continuos process going on the coordinate production
schedule with dealer network. I am also responsible to take regular maintenance and checking
for production quality to meet with required norms.
I am also looking after marketing department as a marketing manager, I am responsible to
establish and maintain dealer network for whole Ahmedabad district and surrounding 100

Ahmedabad Cryogenic Products Limited Changodar, Near Ahemedabad. A reputed Industrial
Gas Manufacturer. PRODUCTION +MARKETING MANAGER.
Responsibilities included various technical & maintenance issues for the bulk manufacture of
gases like a 150 M3/Hrs of Oxygen & Nitrogen unit. In addition to responsibilities of another
independent unit of the same company manufacturing Dissolved Acetylene ,refilling Nitrous
Oxide Gas manufacturing of 60 M3/Hrs capacities along with a unit for refilling Nitrous Oxide
Gas. I was responsible for smoothly continuous production of all the products and also to
administrate marketing function.
2004 & 2006,
PRODUCTION MANGER.
‘A’ Oxygen Company, Changodar, Near Ahmedabad.
Responsible for the overall contruction of the unit and installing of a 80 M3/Hrs oxygen gas
manufacturing plant and also manage its completion in a short span of 4 months and starting of
production by early 2004, managed staff instruction, training, planning & putting into place of
production & maintenance schedules besides being involved in the long term strategic planning
on the behalf of the management.

Agriculture Equipments/ Horticulture & Agriculture Consultant.
As General Manager with a leading international Tractor & Agriculture Equipment
manufacture [TAFE- Massey Fergusion] at their Gandhinagar dealership.Responsible for sales
& marketing of tractors & agriculture equipments for 2 Districts and 8 Talukas. In depth
experience a variety of aspects related to tractors of various capacity [25-75 Hp], agriculture
equipments & tractor mounted equipments like Rotavators, Front loaders, Ripper-Binders,
Potato Planter, Diggers, Post Hole Digger, Spray Pumps [Pesticide Spraying], paddy Disc
Harrow, Offset Harrow, Tractor mounted Electrical Generators and many Equipments.
I attended an in-depth familiarization & training programme at the TAFE head quarters at
Chennai. Due to motivation of my team I was able to achieve a 100% increase in sales over a
period of a couple of years.
Due to my ability to produce result I was offered a role as consultant with Honest Gas Pvt.Ltd.
a sister concern of the above mentioned company where I was responsible for the setting up of
a manufacturing unit handling bulk volumes [100 M3/Hrs] of gases mainly industrial Oxygen,
Nitrogen, Medical Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen and Zero Air at this plant. We also deal with the
trading of gases like Dissolved Acetylene, Argon, And L.P.G. my role there included
participating in sales & marketing manufacturing & technical issues besides liaison with
customer & Staff training.
During this period I was also independently handling landscaping, Horticulture Development
Projects, setting up of large agriculture farming projects for leading industrialists, multinational
companies and other prestigious clients. A thorough and robust background with the
cultivation aspects of a variety of Horticultural & Agricultural crops besides ornamental Plants.
During this period I had the opportunity to visit several countries like Israel, Egypt, Aden,
Addis Ababa, Nepal and Pakistan to be well acquainted with a variety of new technologies in
the above mentioned field.

finishing bar rolling mill in assition to overseeing the general manufacture of 8 mm to 25 mm
round bars.Also responsible for the production of an Electrical Arc Furnace [a Swiss make
Brown Bovary, plant] manufacturing steel ingots for rolling mills.
1980,
[A 2 month short Project] involving with Modella Rolling, Ratlam (M.P.) for erecting a 300
mm rolling mill for the Modella Woolen Mill Group, Mumbai.
1970 & 1980,
Ambica Steel & Rolling Mill, Near Ahmedabad.
Works Manager -10 years of in-depth experience involving the construction, erection,
installation of machinery and overall management of production, marketing and sales for this
project.We have 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm section & semi Automatic bar-rolling mill, we are
produsing Window section like F4B, EZ7, F7B. Angles like 25*25*3 To 75*75*6. Tees like
25*25*3 to 80*80*9.Channels 150*75. Round bar 6 mm to 32 mm. Torsteel 8 mm to 20 mm.
In 1972 was responsible for the construction, completion and managing production of a 300
mm Steel Rolling Mill Machinery. Achieved increased revenue and substantial profits through
efficient production management and a stringent quality control system.
In 1973-1974 Was involved in the continuous development and expansion of the same unit to
include the complete handling from concept to management of a Copper drawing machinery
unit and enameled copper wire and stamping unit for electric motors up to a capacity of 5 H.P
which in the turn also increased efficiency and boosted profit margins due to increased sales
and revenue generated by these new products the factory started earning.
During the above –mentioned period involved in a short duration [6 Months] project for the
sister concern, Universal Tin Metals manufacturing Food Grade Tins for Ground Nut Oil
packing and put in place a robust Quality Assurance system.
