All performances will be at PCT. Each family is required to sell at least 15 tickets. The tickets are $8.00 each ($10.00 at
the door). There will be 6 complimentary tickets provided. Plano Children’s Theatre relies on ticket sales as well as tuition
to cover the cost of the production. Invite friends, family, business associates, school friends, neighbors, church friends,
etc. Successful ticket sellers create flyers advertising when they are performing. With most musical tickets costing $25
and more, our $8 ticket is a steal!
Please return this order form (with a check(s) totaling $120) by the Monday of Tech Week, to the Ticket Manager. If your
friends give you a check for their tickets, please put your name in the bottom left hand side of the check. The earlier the
forms are returned, the quicker we can get actual tickets in your hands. Please give your order form your ticket mom who
will be available at the end of rehearsals. Please do not give it to your director. Please do not turn in your order form
without the proceeds from the sale tickets. Make all checks payable to Plano Children’s Theatre.
The two families who sell the most tickets will each win a $50 Salesmanship Scholarship towards future tuition. If you have
more than one child in the production, you must sell at least thirty tickets to be eligible.
Tickets will be available at the end of each rehearsal during tech and dress week for questions, to collect order forms and
money, ticket information, ticket trading, etc. They will also be at the door at call time for each performance.
Waiting lists will also be maintained. If tickets are not available for a specific performance, your name will go on a waiting
list. When tickets become available by trading, we will contact you and you will be first to get those tickets.
This order form is a “wish list” and we will do everything possible to honor you requests. If we, however, have more ticket
requests than the capacity of the theatre, you may be issued alternate tickets. If that happens, your name will
automatically go on the waiting list and you will be contacted when tickets become available.
Tickets can be traded at any time prior to their expiration. Tickets may not be bought back through the box office at the
door.
Anything outside of the above will require a signature by the Board of Directors.
