DBBIA Communications/Marketing Committee Recommendations and Updates – Darren
McCormack
6.1.1 THAT the DBBIA Marketing Committee VERIFY the feasibility and cost of the promotional
brochure and APPROVE a maximum of $1,500 for printing 5,000 brochures if TDG Marketing can do
it within our contract.
6.1.2 THAT the DBBIA Marketing Committee DEFER the approval of the proposal from the Two
Row Times for a 4 week, 4 page full colour, and 4 editorial stories to start mid-May/June in the amount
of $2,000.
