Equifest TSR and Royal London qualifying classes.
This Show is affiliated to Equifest, taking place at the East of England Showground on the 14th – 18th August 2013.
The two highest exhibits not already qualified in each affiliated class will qualify.
This show is affiliated to the International Showing Society and is a qualifier for the Royal London Show 2013

Open to all coloureds of any age and breed eg.. spot palamino, piebald... ect (Open
in Hand Piebald / Skewbald stallion, mare, colt, filly or gelding, any age.
7 Mountain and Moorland Youngstock
Open to all m&m breeds 3 years and under
8 Traditional Pony or Horse
Open to all age traditional pony or Horses
9 Young Handler (RL)
Open to all children under 16. Handlers MUST wear a safety hat at all times

Open to all novices. Not to have won more than £10 or been placed at an Affiliated
Show

Open to all breeds/handlers. Will be split into Horse/Pony if numbers are sufficient

14 Cobs/ Cob Type (A.S.S and E)

Open to all horses and ponies that would make a good dressage/jumping/eventer.

Open to all breeds 15 years old and over. Handler any age
17 Driving Type (A.S.S)
Open to all breeds that would make a good driving horse/pony
CHAMPIONSHIP Open to all competitors placing 1st or 2nd in classes

20 JJ Newbie Class (walk and trot) (A.S.S)
Open to all breeds/riders who only wish to Walk and Trot. Pony or horses 4 years
and over. Rider any age but not to have competed at an Affiliated show.
21 Hunter Type (A.S.S)
Open to any hunter type pony/horse 4 years and over. Rider any age. Judge will not
be riding and there are no jumps
22 Novice (A.S.S and RL)
Open to all breeds/rider who have not won £10 or over before show. Rider any age.
23 Open (A.S.S)
Open to all breeds mare, gelding or stallion 4 yrs old and over. Rider any age

Open to all horses and ponies 4 years and over. Rider any age, which would make a

Open to all coloureds 4yrs and over. Rider any age (Open ridden Piebald /
Skewbald stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years old & over for equifest qual)
30 Cobs/Cob Type (A.S.S and E)
RIDDEN CHAMPIONSHIP
All competitors who were placed 1st or 2nd in classes 18-30 to
compete. Free Entry

“First, second and third placed horses/ponies in eligible classes will qualify for the Champion of
Britain Title classes to be held at the Royal London Show in 2013. Each qualified horse/pony will
receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London
Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International
Showing Society within 28 days of the qualifying show. No horse registration is required. For up to

15+ Horse & Pony Events
To qualify for the 2013 National Championship Show the first, second and third place horse/pony
in the following classes …… will each receive a Qualification Card. To enter the National
Championship Show the rider/handler and horse/pony must register with 15+ Horse & Pony
Events within 21 days of the qualifying show date. Further information concerning the membership

Equifest Championship to be held at the
East of England Showground on the 14th – 18th August 2013. Dates after 2013 closing date
will be for 2014
JJ Equestrian Best rider/handler cards! These are given out during the course of the show
and can be awarded to ANYONE!!! These cards qualify you to enter the Big Birthday Bash
Show on 25th August 2013.
SHOW RULES
1. JJ Equestrian have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of
everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable
precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the
owners/agents whether written or verbal.
2. JJ Equestrian shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to
any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that
each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify
JJ Equestrian or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an
incident.
3. No refunds will be given once classes are entered and entries are non transferable
4. Judges decision is final.
5. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured
whilst mounted if ridding English. Western will be allowed but its at riders own risk
6. All children MUST wear a hard hat if competing in hand
7. All stallions must be kept under control at all times.
8. All droppings to be picked up and taken home or emptied in to wheelbarrows.
9. Lorries must not be mucked out onto car park.
10. No bicycles or motorcycles, except disabled scooters, anywhere on site.
11. All dogs must be kept on leads and all dog mess cleaned up.
12. No ball games permitted at any time.
13. No fires or barbeques at any time on the premises.
14. All children under the age of 16 years must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
15. All rubbish/litter to be removed from site or placed in bins provided.
16. Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees &
expulsion from site.
17. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left
with the secretary in case of an accident.
18 Photographs taken by the official photographer can and will be used for promoting
JJ Equestrian and Photographybyrobmorris.com for publicity , promotional and on website and
multi media applications.
By entering a class or attending the show you are giving your consent to
these rules!
