Dear Smith School Parents,
The Ann Blanche Smith School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) membership committee cordially invites you
to join the Ann Blanche Smith School PTA for the 2013-2014 school year and be as active as possible in your
child’s school.
Our PTA supports and provides educational assemblies, class trips, student agendas, teacher’s tools and
recreational equipment that would not otherwise be available to our children. Our active PTA enhances the
education of every Smith School student.
We encourage every adult in your household to join and become active in the Smith School PTA. The
membership is $8.50 per person. Your membership includes our Smith School Directory that is ONLY available
with a paid membership. Please return the completed membership form below during the first week of
school with your child in an envelope marked “PTA Membership”. Checks should be made payable to Ann
Blanche Smith School PTA.
