Meeting Minutes
August 3, 2014
The meeting began at 9:00 a.m with singing "Heavenly King…”
We gathered on the patio of the parish hall.
Members present were: Elizabeth Macario, Jane Dunbar, Patti Kingery, Nancy Driscol, Rachel Blair,
Kathryn Parsons.
Treasurer's report: Jane still has $145 belonging to the group.

Wednesday
Everyone brings fruit, Icons decorated with greenery & grapes. Fresh
garland and real grapes on 4 icons.

Everyone brings flowers, various decorations, blue runners in hall.

Don’t eat anything round like a head, and don’t eat from a plate or a
platter today.

Potluck and party after Liturgy. A good time to have a fresh start to
getting more organized as a parish. Discuss creating committees to
match people with tasks.

Baby Shower
for Julia
Procession, girls attach carnations onto the wreath, potluck after
Liturgy.
Jane’s daughter, Julia, is having her second child (a boy) and will
visit during this pregnancy, so Jane is very happy to be able to have a
shower for her this time! The date is fixed, so mark your calendars.

Nancy would like to take a look at the cookbook to see if it can be sold at the Market.
Water in the hall? Yes, No, Maybe? What is the cost? Is it feasible?
Kathryn volunteered to bring new doilies for the candle stands in church, and to be the head
organizer for All Hallows Eve. Thanks, Kathryn!
The meeting ended at 9:55 a.m. with singing "It is truly proper…”.
