Costume Shopping
One day I went costume shopping with my Nana,Mom,Jason,and my younger Brother Indy.We were
waiting on My Mom to get ready so my other brother Justin and I watched basketball dunks on the Wii
because we have internet . The famous NBA all star well one of them Vince Carter dunked over a guy in
a Team USA game . I thought that “Wow He’s a great player”. Then My Mom was ready then we got in
the car I thought “ Were going to party city oh no”. Terrible costumes were there all of them really
frightens me BADLY!
Finally we arrived at party city they had ugly masks they were ferocious sights.We went to the costume
walls we saw Michael Myers ,Jason Vorhees , Freddy Cougar, but they were inappropriate for the
Halloween party at school .Also it was so late the moon lit up the cold dark night .We couldn’t find
anything Spirit Halloween was across the street I thought “ Here we go again.” Because I don’t like
Spirit Halloween it’s spooky things gives me the creeps. Party City also didn’t have any of my sizes. That
place is medium size and has a majority of costumes I’m surprised they didn’t have my size. So “I guess
were leaving that place”. We ran to the car while I was running I remembered that Mom’s car door is
hard to open so I tugged on the door with all my might and it opened.
OK we’re at Spirit Halloween. We tried to get out but the door was not opening .My older brother
Jason pulled on the door then it opened. I got out then we strolled our way in I was frightened as could
be. There was a fortune teller , let me rephrase that, a scary fortune teller. There was a button that said
Push Here I was thinking “should I press it or not?” Then My brother Jason said “Zion you think I
should press it .” I said “I don’t know.” But I thought to myself “He’s probably to scared to do it?” We
went over to the costume side. Here’s where the place is even scarier and there were two creepy
clowns, and my obnoxious brother Jason puts on a mask and frightened me to death. Then after he
did that I told him “For that I dare you to go to the scary clown mirror” He said
“I’m too scared. Finally my brother got something he got a rock star mask Jay said “I wan this” My
Nana said
“Weren’t you that a couple years ago?” But he really didn’t care so I thought “To Halloween City we
go. It was a dull night with the Moon lighting the dark sky it made me feel tingly . The night was cold
as an ice berg I had to wear my big coat.
Then we were at Halloween City me and my brother Jason sprinted in because we were so scared .
We went to the costume side the light moon gave the place some Eerie effect. Then we went over to
the costumes my brother Jason said “Look over there” I gave my brother a baffled look then I looked
where he was pointing . Then it was a zombie moving up and down it startled me. My heart was
beating like a whole lot of drums and sweat was coming down like a water fall I was so scared. Finally
I told myself “ I didn’t want anything” and I thought “ It was late in the cold night.” Suddenly my
Nana said “Let’s just get you a different costume Saturday.” Then we stepped in the dull night. Then
we were telling mom about all the spooky sights on are trip.
Then I told Mom about when Jason was scaring me she said “You know better than that” Nana said
“Yes he does.” I told her my heart was beating faster than light she said “ Did you need your
inhaler I said
“No.” Then my Nana said
“They didn’t get anything so were going to get something Saturday.” I thought “I’m not going
again me and Jay literally sprinted in the store I mean why would I go again”. Then we made it home.
I thought “Oh no now I have to do my sorts.”
