2011 - 2012 Application
The Goucher Leadership Council is made up of students in their junior or senior years. The group “leads in terms of need,” meaning that
the group identifies different projects on which to focus each year depending on their individual passions and from what they feel Goucher
could benefit. While thinking about larger leadership initiatives on campus, the members also spend time focusing on their own personal
leadership development and growth. Members of GLC meet weekly for an hour and meet as needed for specific projects and tasks.

Due to the need for active participation from GLC members, if you will be abroad the entire academic year,
we’d ask that you please refrain from applying for GLC.

higher and not be on any type of judicial or academic probation. I also understand that there are exceptions made on a caseby-case basis. I understand that involvement with the Goucher Leadership Council is a commitment and expect that I will be
able to fulfill the expectations and responsibilities for this role.
Additionally, I hereby authorize the Office of Student Engagement and the Office of Community Living to check my academic
and judicial records. I understand that this information will be used to verify that my academic and judicial standing meet the
qualifications for involvement in the Goucher Leadership Council.
